Trying to ID a Gillette!

    I've got about 5 more razors I'm watching on E Bay!

    I think a razor rack is in my future!

    I might get that old type replated if in good enough condition, just to see the experience and have something special!!

    Take your time and get to know the different types of vintage razors. Try them all to find what you like. Then enjoy your adventure

    The Old Type is s nice shave. It's not overly aggressive, but you might find the snake though to find right away. Nice!

    Nice razors, great score..Make sure you check the "Old Style" handle very well for cracks or splits before you replate it. Those older handles are thinner and prone to split if over tightened. It doesn't make the handle unable to be used most of the time, but you may not want to plate over it.:)

    Is there anyway to fix cracks before plating or is the metal to thin???

    Here is a SS red tip I just got for a good deal!
