That sux! Is the shortfall going to hold up the shipping, or the production of the soap or both? How much money do we need to round up in order to make up for the theft?
WOW that does suck! I hope you can get it taken care of with the least amount of grief as possible! No worries on the delay. (easy for me to say I have yet to subscribed this year - hoping to soon though - I miss my SOTQ subscription)
That is horrible. I really hope that everything gets cleared up nice and fast. Why would they do that to TSD. Probably could get much more $ from many e-bay sellers.
This disputed charge has been given back. However, I believe the lowlife(s) have my card numbers and info, and thus there is likely to be further attempts. I'll be vigilant. Shipping would have been the issue. No money, no shipping labels. I wouldn't ask for donations or anything to cover this type of situation. Paypal is very good about these problems, and I knew they'd return the money sooner or later. They didn't do that to TSD specifically, I believe. They probably hacked one of my suppliers websites and grabbed a whole bunch of peoples credit card info. On that note, I'd like to make sure everyone knows TSD Store is safe and secure. I do not have or have access to any of your financial info since everything goes through Paypal. From here out, I will be making as much of my purchases through only suppliers who give me the ability to use Paypal.

'Until everyone received' seem to be not so good idea, as shipment to different part of the world can take a loong time. 1-1.5 months! Keep that secret for so long? :-D

Don't know for how long it takes to ship to different parts of the world, but today in our local postal service office I was said 'According to rules, 45 days is normal'... It seems I'll grab my SOTQ right when you, guys, grab the next pucks
