Turkish Shave! Also on Thursday!

So, not real sure what a good theme for Thursday is, so I'm starting Turkish Thursday. The shave has to have a Turkish product or products. Next week will be more Turkish than this week.

Great shave, if I do say so myself.

 

Now THIS would make a perfect "Turkish Thursday" for me...

 

I'm getting me some of that.

 

As we say in Turkish:

Çok güzel arkadaşım!

Which means:

Very nice my friend!

 

What blade are you using in that Slim?

I hope its a Perma-Sharp Super...even though they are made in St.Pete, they are making EXACT dullicates of the old Turkish legendary blade.

I've compared the Turkish made and the Russian clones...identicle! Even under a microscope. And for me, the best DE blade on the Planet, and it seems ALL Turkish barbers agree.

Just received the "More for You" shave soap from Turkey. Smells Arko'ish but not nearly as strong. Lathered easily and did a fine job providing cushion/glide. Think I like it but will use it a bit more to be sure. But my face is happy and that's a good sign. Now go enjoy your day folks

Great shave. @wchnu and @ordinaryshaver, that's why @Primotenore and the rest of us bloomers bloom and bowl lather. Look at that rich, creamy, super slick lather. No Voodoo, no hoodoo, no muss, no fuss. Just lather the way it was meant to be.

Just saw your Turkish Thursday Shave. Fantastic. Loved it.

 

@BigD I can do the whole "super" lather. You have seen it in video as proof. I can use a bowl to lather, again, you have seen it.
The difference is I CHOOSE to keep my setup simple and easy for ME.
I'll probably be out of the will for saying this, but rumor has it @wchnu can even get the Uber lather as well....


I'll have to remember to do a Turkish shave one of these days, to play along with this theme. Most of the time, I don't have time to do the long process, but when I do, I can get the Uber lather.

You won't catch me blooming, but I'll try to show the Uber lather more in my SOTD pictures.
