Unique Old Spice, and Avon Bottles/Decanters, And Finds

Thanks, the only drawback is that it's a little bit big. So, it will be stored, until I use it for photos, or empty it for the juice.

 

Box looks to be in good condition.

 

I found a couple of the pipe shaped bottles that seem to be full of tai winds. $10 each. Not a big bottle though. I did not buy them.

I cannot say for sure what originally came inside this, because it didn't close properly. Plus, I cannot find much on what the Tins originally contained. But, I couldn't pass on the deal. $25 including shipping.

Not a Decanter, but Avon Spicy.
I haven't seen these before, so I thought I would give them a try. They are NOS, probably from the 70's-80's.
I will give one a try, soon, and see if it has kept the scent.

Nice find! I've only seen one OS soap puck in the wild. The slightly used puck was in a faded glass mug, no scent, and they were asking the same as you paid for that whole haul!

Next to that monster 34mm Razorock F-400, which was inspired by a trip to the Ferrari factory.

 

I couldn't resist. 2 full bottles of Avon Spicy, 6 oz each, for $17, including shipping. My second favorite scent. They just don't make this anymore, or the Shulton Old Spice. They aren't going to become more plentiful, or less expensive. Soooo, that's my excuse, and I'm sticking to it.

Thanks @Douglas Carey . One day, I will figure out that I have enough. But, who's to say how much is enough?? As long as the wifey doesn't look in the storage bins, under the bed, I'm safe.

 

We all have a our hiding places. Lucky my wife doesn't mind my hobby.

 

It's a Vintage product. Limited supply dwindling all the time. I suspect you can recover your investment, even make a little as the juice gets more rare.

It's a really good scent. About as close to the Shulton Old Spice as they come. Buuuut, it's also fairly hard to come across, and usually cost more than the Shulton Old Spice. I have a bottle of it, but don't use it, because of those reasons.

Good luck finding Old Spice Musk to fill these bottles.

Triple Crown bottle, found in the wild for $1, full of Spicy (4oz). I also love this bottle in that it's completely usable.


Found at a local thrift shop along with two "Classic Lion" bottles partials with Deep Woods and Wild Country (also $1 each)
