Universal Slanting Handle?

Has anyone ever seen any handle that would turn any "normal" razor into a tilted head slant? Has something like this ever been made? If not, how would you design a such handle?

I have access to both 3D-modelling tools and 3D printer so I could try to create a such handle if I would get a good idea of how to create one.

(Yes, a such handle might be considered too complicated comparing with the simple Gillette Slide technique, and I already use the Gillette Slide technique. Still I would be interested in trying to create something like this.)

I am not sure that the geometry of a handle could be altered without some serious drawbacks. With a slant, you would still want to be able to perform vertical strokes and have the head make the difference. Perhaps an adapter of some kind that alters the thread? It would need to change the angle at which the head meets the handle. That's just my two penneth, though!

There is something similar to what I think about in this B&B thread, but it is not universal.

The problem with modern DE razors is the screw post.
Any universal tilting handle would have the tilt point rather far down the handle because the end of the post is the closest point to the head you can perform the tilt. On second thought, there is a way around that, but it would look horrible - swivel joint near the head of the razor and the post would stick out from the handle sideways. Meh.
There have been several attempts at swivel head razors, nothing quite matching the brief, but maybe they can serve as inspiration:

I threw together a quick prototype (nothing beautiful yet) that I will try to 3D print once the printer is free. This one is attached to the head with a nut: handle.png
If this works, I plan to make it a bit better looking and maybe a bit more practical.

I've seen and think it was a vintage feather razor with a ball style pivot that allowed the razor to be used like a slant.
