There are a few Art of Shaving locations on the Strip, but imho, they are very overpriced. I don't know of anything off the strip. I think Nieman Marcus at the Fashion Mall (which is on the Strip) also has some shaving goods in the Mens Dept.
I haven't been there, but there's the Sharp Shop on West Charleston Blvd. I've heard lots of good things.
