It beats me, I have both. I thought maybe someone could tell by the ring at the neck. But thanks for the reference photo.

 

the ring on the neck determines its in the same family,but the knurling is blurry.check this out look under "razors" then "one piece solid guard bar"

I believe what I've called the 48-50 SS is actually a 46-47 SS. The razor pictured is a NN.. That eliminates the 48-50 and the 56 HD 500, doesn't it? I'm actually learning something tonight.
