very cool Mike.anything stamped on the underside?. how did you like the slim head shave wise? i love them.very efficient..,2 of mine are stamped k-1 and my 3rd is k-4..
Thank you Gary. 1st pass was excellent, very smooth & efficient. On my 2nd pass I added the Terrorade cooling additive to my lather & I believe I over did it as it was uncomfortably cold. Holy cow that stuff is potent! The only thing I see on the underside is the logo & Made in England.
very cool....you may have a early one.most are stamped with an "S".mine were all found locally and stamped k.these were the last ones before the black handle ss was made.in late 1966.they utilize the slim head as well..
Very interesting. It is beautifully built & the tto feels buttery smooth . Are the brit flare tips with the pointed endcaps an earlier version prior to the slim heads? I didn't realize there were variants back when I got this one.
yes,the pointed endcap ones were made until around 1963..and had taller head assemblies..like the 50s rockets and similar.slim heads were made from 64-66.approx.i believe they share the same head as the u.s superspeeds as well of the same vintage.never seen a british black handle ss .just u.s ones..
Enjoy your day and may it bring with it a great measure of happiness, confidence, love and caring. Stay strong and stay safe.
