hey there everyone, I just wanted to take a quick second and give some big credit to the customer service team at www.westcoastshaving.com . I recently made and order with them and received it yesterday. Unfortunatly when I opened the parcel my bottle of MWF shampoo had leaked all over everything. I called the hotline and explained my problem. The girl on the other end barely even let me finish before saying. I'm am truly sorry about this shayne and I am going to reship your entire order right now personally along with a very large free sample kit. Oh and you can keep everything we sent you! WOW...talk about customer service.
