The Ming-Shi definitely wins hand down, the "Bang for The Buck" Award... And the one I have is a fantastic shaver I have to admit! I would have said Variant, but this Ming Shi has impressed me beyond expectations and for $10....I love mine...I would recommend it, even if it cost $40 or $50s more...But it doesn't, it only cost $10...or One Sawbuck!!! UNBELIEVABLE !!! You owe it to yourself to check it out....And Andrew's Shave Shop has them right here!
I gotta go with these guys. ^^^^^ For ten bucks, pick one up and add it to your den. It’s really a cool razor, and then you can play with it while you take your time to find the right deal on a vintage.
I voted for the Gillette adjustable, but I would also suggest the Parker Variant. The Ming Shi is the cheap alternative. It is pretty light for its size, but it does the job.
I have one if these Ming Shi clones of the Futur. I have never used it and I never will. I do not know what possessed me to buy one. PM me your address and I will send it to you.
I know it’s been mentioned a few times but the Q Shave is a great option it’s not like the progress it’s a Futur clone but it’s an incredibly great shave for the $10-$15 it costs. I’m also a huge fan of the Slim adjustable partially the mid 60s ones. That’s when they really nailed it in my opinion Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
I vote for a Fat Boy and they can be easily had for between $35 and $50. I have both, but the Fat Boys are my favorite.
Well...after talks with @Stu929 I bought a Gillette Fatboy off of him, which should more or less complete my vintage safety razor collection, ha ha! Thanks to everyone who voted!
