Thank you Dave. I used my other smooth handle version W-11 this morning. Great shaver...but the handle can get a little slippery. I'm hoping this ribbed version gives a little better grip. Both of mine were also shipped from Hungary as well.

 

Yep, the ribs would be nice. Here's mine with just length of the handle flat spots. Adjustment knob is grabs/catches at times but works. Just a Soviet copy so not as smooth as a Gillette. And here's the 3 piece that has made it to NY Customs now. No numbering that I saw.......

 

Yes sir, that looks just like mine. I agree, definitely not as refined as a Gillette, but I always seem to get a great shave with it. I'm looking forward to hearing your thoughts on the 3-piece.
