1950s era Rotbart
This is a pic @Jayaruh put up on where to clip the Gem blades.............
are you sure it's a rotbart.?..cool score..
West coast shaving order tonight. The x2 extra item goes to my cousin for Christmas. The rest goes to me.
Thanks Gary. I sure hope it's a Rotbart after all the time and energy I exhausted to determine the maker on this one.
Like I really needed another Fat Boy and a champagne Lady's Gillette, but the price was nice.
They look like they were well taken care of.
Like to see them after you clean them up.

Hopefully they clean up. No information given so kind of a crap shoot.
I've been watching this for a while now, and decided to get it. A Hershey's shave soap bowl...............
Well the other time it ended up a bust so we'll see how this plays out. I asked if they had better pics and it functioned as I use these old razors. That seemed to elicit some laughing at me and surprise to them. They did say it was in excellent condition though. They weren't with the razor so no new pics quickly and I was afraid to lose it to someone else snagging it so I took a chance . No Risk, NO Reward.........Listed as "Schick Razor Antique From The Early 1900s" $70 and we settled on $60
cool antique Dave..
Yea I’d SNAG that one too. Beautiful

Congrats Dave! Glad to see you found another Aristocrat!
That's a funny looking Schick razor.
Thanks Guys, I just hope this doesn't fall thru, actually gets shipped to me and is a good functioning specimen. Take Care !
Seller reached out to me with a couple more pics. Still don't show everything like we as shavers would want to see but it looks good enough and I can always get it replated and tweaked if need be. The positive side is it doesn't appear they are backing out of the sale and I will be getting it and it appears functional to shave with.
looks like a well loved piece.so far.
