Thanks Jim. I've been outbid on this razor and the Heppenstall version a few times in the past so I was happy to see this one available with it's box. I've read it's pretty mild especially in comparison to the floating head Barbasol razors, but I really like the design of it.

 

Yeah, it's a nice looking razor, especially the handle. Getting the box is a plus.

Has anyone else had problems with Classic Shaving?
I placed an order for an Occam's Razor with Classic Shaving last week. I received a confirmation email and they immediately deducted $91.60 from my bank account.
Despite numerous requests for information on when the order will ship, I have heard nothing, and the order is still unfilled according to their website.
What makes me even more suspicious is a listing of a “Pattern of Complaints” by The Betterbusiness Bureau.

When it rains it pours... bought a bunch of things a couple of weeks apart, and it all arrived today!
I won the Executive in an online estate sale off of a single picture of the open case.
I was hoping for blade banks behind the mirror, and that the leather would be in good shape. I'm obviously thrilled that all of the blade packs were still with it, and more so that one is still in the foil wrap.
I intended to put together two sets and sell the lesser of the two... but they're both so nice that I'm keeping them as is, not going to mix anything.
So, I'll tell you to watch out for a future BST ad if you're wanting a nice executive
