    I've been curious about this stuff for ages. Turns out they're less than a buck before shipping on amazon.fr. About $12 shipping for one, or $14 shipping for 2. So $8 each delivered. That works for me.

    very cool.they have all the right bits to be close to nos.the popular is the rare one .one of the last made with the later 430030 baseplate.

    Thanks, I think this one is the earlier version that had the aluminum handle.

    I have read that the Brillant de Luxe is an evolution of another East German razor I own, The ERFA Rasant.
