From a member on another shave site House of Mammoth Almond Leather shaving soap Le Pere Lucien Vetiver shaving soap Two Fine American Blend Hard Soap shaving soap NOS I've found I really like Le Pere Lucien shave soap. I'll be set for a looooooooong time.
This is a really nice score. The Fine hard pucks are a delight. Snake Bite is a regular member of the rotation May through October. Isn’t it a great feeling of satisfaction when you discover a new shave can’t-live-without? Enjoy them often!
#1 is a good example of the original "high mountain white" badger of fame and legend. Vintage or new purchase? ...and school me on the second brush. It looks like a two-band Shavemac, Varlet, or some other brush in that quality neighborhood.
Not shave-related, but "grooming related"....a new h air Gel from Stephan-it 's blue in color and feels &smells real good on the hair.
Oh I see ). Some of it has gone, but I'm still good. I guess you wouldn't benefit from the Stephan gel.
The Plisson is not new. I’ll be the second owner. The Varlet is a Mega HD Previous owner never even got it wet. 29mm knot. Looks pretty dense.
A little bit of butterscotch goodness ....... I see some lettering on it, but unsure of the manufacturer ........ Not sure whether it says "Best Badger" or "Rubberset" ....... from the sellers picture I just get eye strain. Either way it's a beast.
