And now, another one coming soon. I've known for a long time I wanted another barbershop soap, and which one to get in particular. I just went ahead an ordered it-The Club from MamaBearSoaps. It's a Clubman clone.

 

I saw a lonely Black Beauty grouped with a couple brushes. I made an offer that was accepted.

Vintage Briddell Meat Cleaver

 

What does that do....cleave Vintage Briddell Meats? (chuck yuk yukZ)

 

We had a meat cleaver shortly after we were married. I broke it after getting too exuberant with it on a chopping block. It wasn't a high end one, but still felt bad for breaking it.

This one was manufactured in the 40's and built like a tank. They made three models (Hotel 8" Restaurant 7" and Household 6" all built the same, just the blade length is different.
