From Jetpens: A Kaweko Student 50’s rock fine point fountain pen. This will be my 4th fountain pen, feels like FAD! From Razor Emporium: A stick of Tabac, a polishing rag, 3 5-pacs of blades: wizamet super iridium, permasharp, astra green. From Stirling Soap: Several bars of bath soap, several wax melts, baker street hard cologne, mosquito repellant, and more of my absolute favorite lip balm, I’ve got 3 now of almond creme. From Ali Express: Some threaded hollow steel posts and some slotted cylindrical steel posts, all 5mm diameter m5 threads at 40mm and 50mm in length and another round shaving stand that comes with a 20mm post installed in it. I replace the 20mm posts in the stands with the longer posts for more stability for my razors with hollow handles.

still waiting for my OC game changer from IB, ordered 10/10, hope to get it soon. got most of the other stuff but not all. I am loving the shaves I’m getting from my ATT OC Slant ALOT! No high expectations anything can beat this thing although I have been contemplating a Karve or a BlackBird but am holding off on that for now due to $. just put in another order to SS to pick up their Zenith 31mm Boar thats been out of stock forever but just came in recently. Oh and I seem to have picked up a new affliction as of late, calling it AEAD. I keep buying small things from AliExpress, like 3-5 items for under 20 bucks at a time, over and over, and can’t seem to stop. And on and on it goes.
I received the .68 jaws gc today from IB as well as the 31mm zenith boar from SS and had me a nothing short of spectacular shave! Looking forward to my next shave using the 1.05 oc head in this beauty!
Today, I ordered a "Body and Hair Wash" from Imperial. Should work well with their shave soap I like very much. Course this product will serve as a shave prep.
And another one for today-a shave cream from Bill Neumann(Wm. Neumann&Co.) to prepare me for my "Neumann November". I'll be gettting their 1911-which I think is their most popular, as their website devotes a section for 1911 orders(course you can get their other types, too).
waiting on a yaqi ‘the final cut’ open comb version from ali express that I managed to scoop up for 23 bucks. and 2 bottles of lucky tiger face scrub from amazon.

Coming soon in the mail from Maggard Razors Scent profile: Koa Mahina is a blend of Teakwood, Santal, Cedar, Sandalwood, Amyris, Coconut, Benzoin, Tonka Bean, Cardamom, and Coconut Milk Koa Mahina is a dark, resinous fragrance that feels both primal and refined; a fragrance born of ancient woods and the stillness of midnight skies. Imagine the quiet hush of a tropical night, the air thick with the dense depth of teakwood, cedar, sandalwood, and musky santal. Amyris adds a shadowy, balsamic layer to the woods, while a faint whisper of coconut drifts through like sea air on warm skin; not sweet, but earthy, raw, and exotic. Spiced cardamom adds a spark of intrigue, and the base glows warm with benzoin. The result is a fragrance that evokes the untamed jungle at night- mysterious, adventurous, and forever bound to the spirit of the warrior’s moon.
I recently purchased an E2 Fatboy from eBay but the adjustment dial didn't adjust the blade gap at all. It didn't move the riser at all. Also the dial at the bottom kept turning after the doors were closed. The seller made it right with a complete refund and insisted I just keep the razor so I did some research on how to safely break down a Fatboy and did just that, although not as safely as I would have liked. Unfortunately I squished the barrel a little and still don't completely understand why it wasn't adjusting, but I can ascertain without a doubt it was NOT adjusting. I thought it might have been due to the damaged red spring that can be seen in the slot perpendicular to the head but I am not sure since my understanding of that spring is to just keep the dial from turning past the 1-9 and to make the clicking sound on each adjustment. So still not quite sure what was stopping the 4 pillars on the riser from moving up and down when the dial was turned or why the bottom dial kept turning even after the door got closed. So now, except for the barrel, I have some good spare parts for a Fatboy. This is good because I just won a bid, for 42 bucks, for another Fatboy E4 that I should get by Wednesday! This new one was advertised as Very Very nice and looked beautiful in the pictures so I’m excited about getting it, especially since I was born in 1959! Oh yeah and after waiting for what seemed like years, PAA finally got another Open Comb Name-Taker in stock, which I immediately jumped on. I was unable to resist adding his sister, the Artifact, due to all the positive reviews about it, how appealing it looked to me, as well as to get the free shipping, and of course my RAD. I am quite excited to finally get my name taken by this good looking razor called the Name-Taker!
