Just got my HTGAM Pre-Shave Butter Balm and Thayers Witch Hazel Aftershave.

 

An NDC Super Speed arrived today. It did not match the pics in its listing, as it is completely nickel plated - not totally brassed as the pics looked. HOW the pics looked like that I will never know but it's a fine specimen all the same. A soak in boiling soap water and a little Maas...now it's in great shape. Looking forward to it becoming key to my small rotation.

 

I just texted my wife: "I got my Fat Boy!" She texted back: "Cool! Gonna shave again? LOL" I responded: "No . . . but I want to."

 

Ah, yes. I remember my first fat boy as if it were only last week. It had a seen better days when we first met.....
