Me like that one . Cant wait to see what it will look like once you perform your magic on this one Kevin
It's actually two different razors - a Tip Top and a Louis I think they are somewhere over the Atlantic right now....
Thanks, Guy. I'm always a bit leery buying razors where the photography is a bit mysterious, but I'm hopeful this old Sheffield beauty is intact....
Just received my sight unseen whipped dog razors today and I'll post photos later today, but both are round points. One Henry sears, one lakeside cutlery straights. I might try and buff them s bit but Larry sent them on hooked and ready for the rotation.
Dovo ebony spike sr, strop, 22mm high mountain badger brush made by Larry at WD, and a 24mm silvertip knot
a) Love your new avatar, b) From a fellow forum member over at TSR that sometimes takes pity on me and sends me some slices of his vintage soaps
Hahaha thanks =) I thought it was time for a change =P That's cool =D you will like the performance, it's very good!
What soap was used for the avatar photo? Oh, I love KK - can't wait to get some more so I don't have to be as frugal as I've been. Ha en bra helg!
If I recall it was MdC =) Klar kabinett is very nice, I got some from Kerry, I don't want it to be used up hahaha Tack det samma min vän
My new Dovo Ebony spike SR just arrived and new strop. Woo hoo. I'll post pics later. My first new straight razor.
I'm pretty excited, a guy I know on another shaving community is turning a custom brush handle for me. In fact, it's almost done, he sent me this photo: The knot is just in there for the photo, I'm going to be putting a 24mm synthetic knot in it. I was looking for something in faux tortoiseshell and along the lines of a Chubby, but unique and distinctive. Really happy with how it's looking.
Before and after of a couple of straights I picked up at a local flea market. Glen did great work as always.
Waiting on,,PAA DOC razor,PAA clubguy, the beach soaps From what I've read the PAA DOC razor should be nice--excited to try it
