That's a great score! Mine came with that little paper strip which is very rarely seen. Those correct instructions are also hard to find, and that is the correct blade pack. Congratulations! You can turn it around for 3x that if you don't like it. Or you can send it to me to keep safe for you.
It would be a better score if it wasn't right now lost in mail... It's 7 days overdue for delivery and any updates stopped when it left the origin state...
Yeah I've had things be 1-2 weeks delayed before..I just wish there were some updates on the USPS site..even if it's currently on Greenland...
The Indian OS Lime makes me sneeze. Now the Canada P&G Classic Old Spice, I believe is the same as the vintage Shulton. I don't know if they make the Lime, but I would like to try that version.
Dropped my straight razor in the mail on Monday here in Florida....got a call from Glen this afternoon that not only had it arrived, but that he was done with it! Making me a bench strop and I should have it back quickly! It's my first straight, and he took the time to answer my newbie questions too! Will post pictures of it when it arrives!
Fell victim to a moment of fleebay weakness last night, so a English Gillette Tech is on the way to me now. Coming first class, so will be waiting till next week sometime.
Waiting on 2 things. A brush and a bowl. They are from Fine Accoutrements My birthday was back in August and my mother ordered these for me back in July. There was a problem with the delivery so now they're trying again. I don't know which colours my Mother chose but i hope I don't have to wait too much longer. I'm really looking forward to trying them out.
I really do like the Schick Paul Revere I picked up some time ago but wanted the original case as well. So, when I spotted one for $12 I decided to pick it up: Now, the 'bonus' was that it came with a Paul Revere razor as well...in what looks to be very clean-upable condition
I have one of these and for the price I love using it. Just be careful loading the blade to make sure it stays straight and well seated as you close the clip. It likes to slide out then.
Ha! I didn't even notice that. Sweet! Now I have one of both!! (Yes, the one I have is the injector model Luckily for me I don't mind cartridge razors at all. Only downside...it means I still don't have the case for the injector one...
The quest continues. IIRC, I used to use a Schick Super 2 cartridge razor, though not the Paul Revere. I got a decent shave from it.
