    Very nice! I had scored one last year but when it arrived it was in little pieces..... At least I got a refund but I was heartbroken when I opened the box. You are a lucky man!

    Ive got it blade from a professional sharpening and now have to decide if Im ready to give it a go while on vacation or wait until I'm home. I know where the hospital is in my home town but not where Im currently at:D:D

    Yeah.

    I'll be swiping the border from it, at minimum. I haven't been able to find high quality straight shots of the complete design, and I feel it has one of the most attractive labels of all the old shaving cream pots.

    It cost a bit, but it was still a couple hundred less than what this one normally goes for in this excellent condition. No cracks or chips and comes with the bottom portion of the pot. If I'm patient, I could probably re-sell it for about $400 (going from what others have sold for in the past). As it stands, I will probably figure out a way to incorporate it into the marketing. And if my shaving cream turns out crappy, I still have a wonderful piece of shaving history to put other shave creams into.

    I'm just glad collecting old product pots isn't one of my AD's. If you thought the vintage shaving tools hobby could get expensive...

    Now, rather than derail this thread further, any other comments on my future production of porcine shaving cream should be carried out in this thread:

    Got it today! I think I like it.

    First go with the Fine Platinum, I know it is suppose to be a Creed copy scent but the dry down is a dead ringer for A&F Fierce. Fierce does have the strong citrusy/fruity opening of the Fine. It does have a bit just not as strong. It also has a very similar vibe as Adidas Dynamic Pulse but the Adidas is more synthetic smelling.
