Waiting on the DeFitch v2.0 razor.

That looks like a revisor. So I am assuming revisor appreciated that design. Am I right in thinking it's vintage old stock?

 

I have a few stones. What's people's general perspective on stones. Do we really need 5-8 stones. Is there such a thing as a one stone (reverse side different grain) that would suffice?

It is vintage stock, Made in Germany and distributed by Phillips Medical Co, Omaha NE. Whether Revisor manufactured it or not, I couldn't say.

 

Well if you look at revisors website you will see their equivalent. Very nice.

 

Keener, sharper edge. The lower grit stone like the 1000 is for setting bevel removing nicks....I still need a finishing stone a 20 k. I've used my 16k and there's a difference between the two
