Yeah it was offered through email to the people who had signed up for being interested in the Alumigoose. $75 for the head and handle. Black coated aluminum.

 

I have the head only on the way. The set with handle was gone in a matter of minutes.

 

I'm still waiting on an OC baseplate......sigh....

 

Oh me too. Maybe that is next on the list for the Mongoose Team.

I'm waiting for Christmas and my "mystery razor" my youngest son is getting me. I feel pretty good about it as I've spent a good amount of time with him discussing wet shaving and razors.

Nope. I do know it's a vintage Gillette, because he had asked me to give him a list of vintage Gillette's that I already had. I also gave him a couple of my regular vendors that I buy from websites, he's been researching this for a month now.
My sons 25 so I feel like I'm in good hands.
