There's no telling. For the past 3 days, I've been hovering over the "Buy It" button on OneBlade.com. The 30% off pushed me over and by luck I found the code today.
There is a general consensus amongst the SE Community is that the Feather SE Blade isn't up to much to put it politely...I would have to concur with this...Most folks get 1 or 2 shaves out of them at most..I personally wouldn't put one near my face...Its interesting that this company chose this blade...They are attempting to jump on the Popular Feather Blade thing on Forums... They have also made a very mild razor I think to get around the Harshness of this blade...This company also knows that the Feather SE blades are only good for about 1 or 2 shaves and call it the One Shave blade/Razor....Very clever of them...They also know that folks outwith the small SE Community will know nothing about this blade and they more than hinted that is was a Special Blade for this Razor which is a Down Right Mis - Intel...I had this one out with them and they denied it & then said " I see what you mean"...Their words not mine... I hope its a Nice Shaver... Billy..
Thanks, Billy. I hope it works out. I prefer an SE as a shaver. So far the Cobra has been my favorite. The vintage handles won't work for me, the injectors are too light and the Mongoose head design was frustrating. So, I keep trying. LOL
Interesting T - Shirt Sir..Napoleon was once asked Why his "Men Fought so Bravely in Battle "....Napoleon Relied..."Boys are Led by their Toys".. Billy..
I'm surprised you went for that razor. Bechet's (TSR member) issues with his didn't make you pause and reconsider for a minute? It takes a difficult to source stainless blade, and only that blade. (Or the carbon version of that blade). It's basically a reboot of the original Gillette 'razors & blades' economic strategy. I don't buy the 'we looked for the best blade' marketing bs either. He saw an opportunity to pretty much corner the market on Valet style blades and took it.
Your highness @Queen of Blades and @richgem , @Rufus T. , @mrchick , @david of central florida , @Jasman , @wristwatchb ... I submit that this statement is a equivalent to a signed confession. This is in point of fact well above hoarder status. He mocks those of us who only have a pittance of toys-or cookies if you will. Always showing off and for many of us dangling the proverbial carrot that we will never aquire. Oh the agony those of us suffer. (Yeah, It is an awesome razor though.)
Nah seems like that was limited to a few razors. I mean I had to send my Mongoose in to be replaced - there can be issues with any razor. The 30 day MBG is also not bad. I'm curious to see how it will perform
Any updates? My Milord has been quite since hitting Kansas City, KS which, I hope, means it is quietly on its way to somewhere... hopefully, Trenton. JR
Same with my "eau de Guerlain." Update yesterday afternoon stated it left Anchorage. Maybe it's in Juneau... First Class... ... To be continued... Don
Wow that is one beautiful piece of work. I am very tempted... isn't the rule for razors similar to that of bikes? Where Y is the proper # of razors to own and X is the current number of razors owned... Y=X+1
I have a Cobra Classic and the King Cobra and they're terrific. I wish those guys would get their act together and figure out their production problems so all the folks who wanted one could have one.
