Before he pours the Veg down the drain, he'll need to check the local ordinances on the proper disposal of household hazardous waste. Safety first!
Finally got my hands on one of these. RazoRock Black hawk. And from Ebay Can't get here soon enough. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
Picked up this vintage Simpson Persian Jar brush in a trade. I plan to install an Envy White Supreme 2 band knot (fan) in it.
I have yet to see a post from anyone who did not enjoy their Fatboy. Got an email saying it should arrive on the 8th. I just hope its in decent shape. I'm always hesitant to make purchases on Ebay. It is one of the later production in 1961.
Landed another vintage butterscotch brush today. Will have to wait until I receive it to indentify exactly what it is. It has the remnants of a simpson sticker but cant tell from the photos the actual size and or model. The boar knot makes it a bit uncommon.
I Just Pressed the Button on this French Arminius Bosmambrun Thiers 11/16..This is the One & Only Pic..Got it for a Song & it Looks as if it Might be NOS to Me..There is No Swivel Marks at the Hinge Pin.. Ooh La La..:rah: Billy..
Since I rather like Wilkinson blades - but normally the black cased ones - I thought I'd try these white ones as well. I have no idea if there's any difference but since I got 60 blades for $5 it seemed worth a shot.
Picked up two things; 1) A Cooper DE for $30-something - (the hinged model not the three piece) that I can't recall if one can use modern DE blades w/out modding them or not 2) Some disposable Grange razors that I've looked for for a ridiculous long time - the Wilkinson Retractors
Ah thanks. I get confused w/ Coopers. So many models. The Monbilts that have the swing opening and that takes modern DE blades that I normally see have a somewhat different handle. Good to see this one will take modern ones with any mods. Should be interesting to try it out.
