    Just Sniped this Thuringain SR Hone..These are Very Sought After..This One was Kinda Hidden as it Wasn't Listed as a Thuringan But I Clocked what was Straight Away..I Stole it So if I Am Not Impressed with it I Can Punt it On..:)

    An impulse buy, just looks so cool. I haven't found any definitive way to date these, seems could be early fifties up to 74. I haven't been impressed enough with my other Merkurs to hang on to them, we'll see about this one.

    $34 I think was a good price. I've seen pretty clean cased ones under $75 so maybe not a steal. Just hope it aligns well and gives a good shave. My slant looked a lot better than it shaved.
