I am expecting my Henry Taylor straight from @twhite along with his creation, Igor, the SE razor. I am looking forward to evaluating Igor.
I haven't been keeping up with Current Events? Has this been openly discussed? Inquiring minds want to know more!
It has not been widely discussed, but when I saw it, I knew I wanted to try it. Tom had not set up a pass-around yet, but I would not doubt that one is somewhere in your future.
You guys will have to check with @twhite about a pass around. I am not sure he is ready for that yet, but maybe. I am glad to have the opportunity to try out Igor.
See the photo in Jim's post above yours. While some members purchase vintage hardware, polish it up, and bring it back into service - we also have Craftsmen, Artist, and Designers that conceive and build new gear. Tom @twhite is on the bleeding edge of razor development. His prototype injector, The Bunny, has traveled the world in passarounds being tested and enjoyed my many TSD members. Igor looks to me to be a Single Edge razor, but I'm uninformed.
I know. You have Vintage razors and you have modern artisan razors. I like em both. I think it's great people want to manufacture modern DE and SE razors. I just didn't read the entire conversation, I was to lazy to look it all up.
TSD Barbershop Wild West Shaving Outlaw Shave Soap Lisa's Natural Black Velvet Premium Shave Soap I really need to be on a soap no-buy for the rest of the year (and probably a few more after that), but who are we kidding... Sent from my XT1585 using Tapatalk
You are correct. Igor takes modern SE blades. Igor is about middle of road when dialed all the way up. There are no plans to make more. This is the one and only. Tom Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk Pro
