That's what I've heard. I tend to like unpopular scents, so I'm hoping luck is with me.

Tabac is one of only two soaps I'll use when I shave with a straight razor.
As they say, some don't like the scent. But I can say with confidence that it is
mighty hard to be beat the slickness, and cushion.
I'll make do without many things, but Tabac ain't one of 'em.

 

No pics yet, but I'm waiting for Chris at RazorPlate to return my 1958 Fat Boy from the custom plating he helped design.

1. The head, collet and TTO knob will be rhodium
2. The adjuster knob and knurled handle will be in black chrome.
   
3. The indicator spring will be bright red
4. The numbers (on the black knob) will be white!

Should look sweet! Calling it my Black Handle Super Fat Boy!

I just got my samples of the special reserve and the island bay rum. I really like the Bay Rum ! The special reserve is interesting, and I feel with more use I will like just as much. Any idea what "Osage Rub" is exactly ? After shave ? Tonic ?

 

It's an aftershave, that's a freezer. Will freeze your face off!

They did! That was the third (hence the 3 in the police photo) razor they pulled out of his cavity while doing a search.
