I’ll ask her for a supplier recommendation, won't get to chat to her for a week or so. I don't know where she sources as she is in the trade so gets it from places we can't and I piggy back off that. She'll know the good ones though as works with fragrances as a professional. Will DM you once I talk to her.

 

I saw this interesting brush for a while, so finally made an offer and was accepted by the seller.

It a German made Bullardo brush ... should clean up nicely. I'll probably drop in a finest badger knot and try to save the decal but may need a new one made.

 

I was watching that one also and was wondering about making new decals for it. The black lines could be painted on, or black vynil tape or wrap could be used, usually pretty durable. But I needed to get a couple of other items so I decided not to try for it.

It's where you feel the need to find the most jacked up brush you can find to restore.

Well even ugly brushes need loving.

I broke the cheap pair scissors (made in China) in my kitchen about 2-3 weeks ago, so picked up some vintage Wiss Kitchen shears.

They're pre-1940's due to they say PAT APPD. FOR and they don't have the screw driver. I'll clean them up and repaint the handles yellow (I like yellow).

 

Wish I would have seen this one before my previous post, so my apologies.

I’m waiting on some sample size Stirling Shave Soaps.

Ordered a Tea Tree, Orange Chill and Glacial Lemon Chill. Can’t wait to try them out when they arrive.

These will be my first true Shave soaps as all I’ve used is Proraso’s croap. I’m excited

Found this for cheap for my new aluminum. The razor will probably be binned.

 

Don't bin the razor. It looks like a G1 with the textured head. They are actually a bit unusual.

 

Couldn't believe no one else bid on this razor with it's case. Got it for about the same price as the Lady Eversharp I got for my GF without the case. But I know she likes pink better than the white one she has now. Plus I want to customize the other one.............
