I am on the waiting list for a Game Changer, but while waiting... I picked up this New LC. (Way cheaper than the GC, BTW) Don't know what the deal with the Copper and Brass is? Maybe someone can enlighten me.

The cap is brass, but with a higher copper content, hence the look of copper. It makes for a good looking razor when polished up.

 

Thanks for that info. Can we assume that it's original, not re-plated?

You are down to the bare metal. Gillette used copper caps and brass handles.. then they would nickel the handle and then gold.. caps got gold but no nickel

Nice!! Those handles look like they are the same shape as my favorite 1305.

Very nice! The label on Kyoto is beautiful, sounds like the best of the 3 new scents IMO. Apparently they have tweaked the formula a little bit as well.

I agree. Hope it smells as good as described, really like the aroma of yuzu and the woody notes sound excellent.
