I sent him a message 2 days ago, Saturday, checking in to see if they had been mailed because I hadn't gotten any tracking or shipment notifications... He replied back saying they would ship Monday. That's it. Didn't say anything else. I understand things and life in general happen and sometimes you can't do things immediately but in that case, you should let the buyer know. So definitely when I leave feedback for him on Etsy, this issue will be noted.

 

Yep, if I have an experience like that I always let them know that in these situations communication is key to a good outcome. No reason not to drop you a line. I've had people let me know that life got in their way and they were a little behind and I was more than happy to wait patiently for them to straighten things out because they let me know in advance.

Rotbart Mond-Extra travel set on the way from England. Case is a little rough and storage tubes have some plate loss, but hopefully razor will clean up nicely.

yesterday i learnt that my friend in canada will not come to istanbul in februrary. this is important because i was planning to send some stirling to him.
and again yesterday i learnt that my friend in berlin will come to istanbul in october. so i looked for websites shipping stirling to berlin. thanks to reddit i found a website located in berlin with a good amount of stirling.

i ordered barbershop / ozark mountain / margaritas in arctic

i am really excited to be able to try some stirling goodies

 

A couple of Yaqi brushes, the Yaqi Rainbow for me, to be re-knotted with a badger knot since they only make this handle with synthetic knots, and the other, a Yaqi Aqua two-band badger for ---- a surprise.............

I'm definitely on the lookout for a pro who can salvage the synthetic knot and re-knot for me... So as not to damage the handle when removing and re-knotting. I just don't care for synthetics and I really wanted the rainbow handle. If I can get it done, the synthetic is yours.
