Happy Holidays to all! Just thought I'd be nosey and ask what everyone got, shaving related, for Christmas. I'd mentioned to family that I was thinking of checking out Shave Sticks. All ready had a Lea and Palmolive. Now I've got: Gonna take awhile to sample them all but looking forward to it. So, what did you get??
My wife bought me a sampling of Stirling shave soap and a new silver tip brush. I used the Texas on Fire this morning. They nailed the campfire smell. There were times while I was shaving that the smell was great, reminiscent of sitting around the fire in the morning with my coffee. There were other moments during the shave that reminded me of that smelly smell clinging to me and my clothes. This will be one I use when I know I'm not going out. Other than that, performance was outstanding, as was to be expected from a Stirling soap. A wonderful surprise! My wife saw the sheriff's badge and knowing my love of the Old West... I used it yesterday with TSD Christmas soap for my Christmas shave. Loved it!
