What do u do with your blades

It's true.

 

I just get a few blade banks from Em's Place for $1.00 each. Each bank holds about 1 years worth of blades, and is small enough to fit in the medicine cabinet. When it gets full, I put tape over the slot and chuck the blade bank in the recycle bin.

 

I was in a whole sale club the other day and saw that a package of 14 Gillette fusion power carts was going for $45.99. That's more than I paid for some of my safety razors...You could get a new EJ DE89 and a 100 de's for that price!

 

I got 100 Super-Max super platinum for $8 with free shipping because of another order. I will be getting 100 Feathers for $26 on my next order. Blades are cheap, even the elite.

 

I bashed a slot into a mason jar lid and epoxied it shut. I can probably fit 1000 blades in there before I gotta toss it

Naw he has great dogs. There is a really annoying guy though down the road who is pet free....

If the dogs bark throw it over the fence, any way.I have a neighbor that has a dog that barks all the time when it's outside.

 

I shave with my blades.

I couldn't help myself. I put the used blades in a blade bank.

 

Glad to see nobody is saving them up for apples on Halloween.

Sorry to say there are a lot of sick people that do that around here.

 

I use them over and over and over and over and ..... ad infinitum.

My Rolls blades are over 50 years old and just getting warmed up.

After the 1st use i put them in a tub of mineral oil until the 4th or 5th use and then I throw them in my Altoids can blade bank

 

Yeah, but it doesn't buy the half dozen artisan soaps, 8 imported creams, 5 bottles of aftershave lotion, 4 brushes, or the artisanly crafted handmade scuttle that breaks when you drop it in the sink.

Real post: $46 for a 14 carts?! So glad I got off that crazy train.

 

Yes, but I'm a minimalist ~2 soaps, 2 creams, 2 brushes, no scuttle, and only 2 dozen razors.

But yeah, I would much rather spend the $46 on any of the above...and I think I would vomit if I had to spend it on 14 carts.

 

Um 2 dozen razors counts as minimalist?
