    The weight loss is a great accomplishment. You should be proud. It is also fantastic to see couples doing life together. I've only been married 28 years, and am encouraged by those who have more years together and are loving life.

    There is nothing better, in my opinion, than doing life together with a great church to encourage you in the journey. I am blessed by the church family I have, and I would not be the person I am without them.

    Went out to Tractor Supply for some bird seed. Got that, a bag of lump charcoal, and a new hat.
