I do no exercise at all. I'm completely unfit.
I eat whatever I want whenever I want, and I'm still skinny and unable to put any weight on.
Sorry, thats just the way God made me.

JayKay 3000 posts and all I got was this lousy title

Untrue. You could put weight on if you really wanted to. I too was extremely skinny in high school (5'7, 115lbs). Than I started hitting the gym and with the right eating regimine and supplements I made it to 135lbs and 3% bodyfat. Than I really went for it when I got out here to college and made it up to 165. Now I slowed down with the supplements and stopped power lifting and just strength train and do cardio and I'm stable at 155lbs, 5'8", 5% body fat.

I try to get into the gym around 4 times a week. On off days, I do GPP with a dragging sled. I'm training for powerlifting right now, so I'm around 287. I could take up a whole page just with what I eat and my supplement regimen :sick007

Keep it up Ken that is awesome.

I used to be a personal trainer in college so fitness is pretty important to me. I now train about 5-6 times a week. Usually an 50-60 minutes of lifting and 20-30 minutes of cardio. My routine changes all of the time, it keeps me from getting bored.

But, if anyone needs some help, tips or just some good reading material just PM me. Getting in shape can be a real lifestyle change and is not easy for a lot of people.

Oh and if anyone wants a good fitness book "Arnold Schwarzenegger's Encyclopedia of Bodybuilding" is a really good read for beginners as well as experts.

I am not sure if any of you have heard of this program. Its called Slim4Life.

I started doing it in march of this year. starting weight 257 lbs!!!!!

Now in Mid June i am sitting at 210 lbs!!!! WAHOO!

The plan consists of drinking a lot of water ( 80 oz per day)

Low sodium, and eating many smaller meals throughout the day...

Lots of Veggies and fruits as well.

    Really works well!!

As for excercise, I don't/havn't done any at this point. Thought I probably should start.

I have been doing martial arts for my whole life(Im 30 and I started when I was 8)First katare kioukushinkay, later traditional japanese jiu jutsu until I found aikido aikikai.I used to do 5 hours per week of martial arts but now maybe only 2.
Also I do weights.I have been following lately Vincen Gironda work out system(not the diet) and its working very good for me.Five hours per week but I could do only 3 and It will work out too.
For diet I dont eat sugar, dairy or any refined food.I do eat the carbohydrates(brown rice, oats, whole wheat) by morning and afternoon with vegetarian protein(soy chunks, tofu,) and by evening a good salad with any kind of fresh fish(salmon, tuna and so forth).I abstain to eat red meat and poultry but sometimes I do eat it,not very often tough.
As suplement I take Dopa Bean pills,Tribulus terrestris,Muira Puama and Kre Alkalyn Creatin(only every 4 months and not longer than a month).
