What is the best razor you have EVER had?

    :signs011: I've only been using a DE for about 6 months. In that time I have tried about 7 different razors including highly touted slants and stainless steel. I made the decision about a month ago to use my DE89 exclusively. I mated a Weber Classic handle to the DE89 head. It is truly a match made in heaven. Not every shave is perfect, but it's darn close.

    An Edwin Jagger DE89L and a Gillette Slim, the two best razors I have ever owned. Overall, the two are equally good. Nothing else else comes close.

    Thats a hard question to answer...I have over a 100 DE,SE and Injector razors and actually like many of them...The best I can do is give you my top 4 as of now:
    1)Weber DLC head paired with a BullDog or Sabi T2 handle
    2)Gillette "Old Style" OC head paired with a greistshaving brass "FAT" handle
    3)EverReady 1924 "shovelhead" SE head paired with either a Sabi T2 or griestshaving "FAT" handle...
    4)EJ89 shave head paired with either a Weber BullDog or Sabi T2 handle..:)

    Have a WW1 '04 Gillette that gives a fantastic shave ~ to a BBS with only a WTG and XTG passes.

    Ewe this is easy for me at the moment my lovely girlfriend got me a merkur futur for Christmas this year and I love it. Hands down my favorite razor, my other razors have to be jealous cause I haven't used them in a while!

    1930's Cooper Monobilt DE razor. Gives me the best and most consistent shave I've ever had. The fact that it's a virtually unknown razor doesn't hurt either. :D
