What is the consistenly smoothest blade you've used?

    Rapira Swedish Supersteel.

    Last well, no skin reaction, very cheap, easily available and performs great in all my DE razors.

    My second shave with the Feather blade in the d2 Feather razor was less aggressive than the first. It was smooth and I got a DDS in two passes. I guess a Feather blades was engineered for it; for me, it works better than other blades (all that I've tried) with my Feather razor. It is a very sharp blade. Best to be wide awake when shaving. I just ordered a hundred.

    No, Dam Distinguished Shave, some where between a DFS and a BBS :)
    By the way, the third shave with the Feather D2 and the Feather blade was also DDS.

    Gillette 7 O:Clock Yellow in either of my Fat Boys, with the Feather running a close, slightly harsh second.
