The points on that thing will give me nightmares. The one on the heel looks bloodthirsty.

The toe you can keep an eye on. The heel is the sneaky one that bites....

The GEM MMOC was a beast for me. Ending up selling it.

Strange as it is my PAL Adjustable injector is finicky and can easily cause irritation for me. It keeps me on my toes.

Next I have a Dubl Duck Satinedge straight waiting in the wings. I'll use it again soon.

My lasting wounds have all been from my Feather AC SS. Not a razor to get complacent with.

My favorite and at present only razor after cleaning house is my Mergress. It is ALSO the most dangerous. I left it on my usual setting of 2+ and a visitor decided to play with the settings and left it on 9. I woke up this AM, took my first pass and
almost flayed my right jugular. Adjustables need to be treated like a firearm. Check the setting everytime before using.

Very interesting razor Kevin. This may be a stupid question, but what makes this a "left-handed" razor?

My Merkur Progress is probably my second most "dangerous" razor above 3 1/2. That, and my Fat Boy at set at 9. :shocked003:

It'll do a number on your strop too, if you get sloppy.

I only own 2 razors a 34C and an R41(2013). The R41 is a really good razor for me. It's more unforgiving than the 34C by far. But since it's all I shave with now it's not that big a deal.

Kamisori have an asymmetrical grind where one side is flat. Lefties have the flat on the opposite side.

This black Jack has a spike that has a nasty bite. I just can't bring myself to mute the tip. It Seems like I'd be castrating it :D

    My:
    • Merkur Futur set on anything above 4.
    • Cobra Classic must not be used if in a rush.
    • Rolls razor requires utmost concentration.

Gem MMOC and the Pain Stick. The only scar I have from shaving is due to the Pain Stick.

    This ^^^ for sure.

As far as DE, I have a Futur clone that definitely claims the title.

I have used my Fat Boy more than any of the others in my den. Started low and stuck at five for months. Eventually bumped it to seven. Now I'm using most any decent blade at nine. Only took 18 months to train up!
Now that Fatip Piccolo is another matter. Blade alignment seems OK, but it still bites. I blame the short handle. When I swapped in a cap and handle from a Muhle R89 Grande with the Fatip OC base it's much more manageable.
