I cut up about a quarter of a tree that came down in a windstorm this week. The start of the winter firewood pile.
Smoked a large pork roast. Seasoned first, and smoked for 4 hrs with red oak. Then slow cooked in the oven for 5 hrs. It made a large large platter of smoked pulled pork. Some people mixed it with Stubbs BBQ sauce, some ate it plain. I mixed mine and put it on a hamburger bun. We served it with large baked potatoes and fresh corn on the cob. Desert was Blue Bell Homemade Vanilla ice cream. Mmmmm mmmmmm good.
Aaaaaa, sometimes you just have to say straights just aren't for me. Step away from straights. I'm counting 9-10 cuts/scars on that side of your face.
You guys are just reinforcing my pre-existing aversion to straights. I've used one a few times, and used an SR1 shavette for around a month. I had already decided that they were too much work for not as good a shave for me. Now I have more reasons to avoid them...
