How could you not grow fond of that blade. What a Weed Chopper❤❤
Hope I can get my hands on one that size some day.

Today's shave with the Feather DX as part of a six day concentration. Three more days of focus and I get to shave with the new Riga razor! Just touched it up on the jasper stone! It's popping' hairs all along the blade! B7761212-DA94-4C02-AF0B-1DC84075ED35.jpeg

This is what I'm waiting to shave with!

I have put a Coticule edge on a few of these older French razors... test #1 was pretty sweet.

RigaRazor, cream was SMN lathered with a Simpsons 57, and Myrsol Agua Balsamica finished up a BDBS shave.

Another nice Coticule edged French faux frameback... all I think I can make out is “Lurr”

The scent of this soap is a great Pacific Northwest/Canadian forest smell.

Unbranded Sheffield ‘Superior Temper’, hard, hard, steel, IColoniali Mango lathered with a M&F Persian Jar, and a dab of IC balm finished up another BDBS shave.

French frameback meets three days of stubble. A little more work than usual but excellent result :happy036:

I tried out my homemade roo and linen strop today (thanks @Steve56 for helping out with the sourcing of materials.) Easier than I expected and I think easier than the paddle I’ve been using for years. I plan on getting used to it slowly. :happy088:

    Argan Oil PSO
    T&H Wellington Super Badger
    Barrister’s Reserve Waves

Thank Gary. I agree - one of those tubs i keep opening up when i pass by, especially now when everything smells like smoke. Stay safe up there.
