First straight shave in many months. Wiped off the full beard with the Della Bella, Italian ground in Solingen. Damn I feel naked!

5/8 Double Duck Wonderedge. She's a little light weight physically but, provided a clean smooth shave on light stubble. So far all four Double Ducks have performed great. This one didn't disappoint.

Some days late. This Otto Busch is what I learned on. Somehow, I managed to dig into my chin and take a small slice out. No shaving since then until the wound heals. Otherwise, a fine shave :happy097:

Good to see you @Spyder - I hope that things are well with you.

6/8 Le Grelot Lotus, soap was MdC agrumes lathered with a Keyhole 4. A splash of Floris JF (lemon and juniper) paired wonderfully.

    Kikuboshi
    Williams
    Homemade brush/Simpson Chubby 2 knot

I picked up a few Japanese straights a little over a year ago and this Kikuboshi is really a superb shaver. If I can figure it out I'll get a pic up later. This only took about 4 hours to figure out.

    Cold Water Rinse
    Proraso Shaving Cream Sensitive
    SlimGem Silvertip Badger
    J.A. Henckels 5/8
    CWR
    Pinaud Lilac Vegetal AS

The Proraso Shaving Cream Sensitive was applied with the SlimGem Silvertip Badger brush. Two passes and touch ups with the J.A. Henckels 5/8 gave me a close, comfortable shave. After a cold water rinse I finished off with Pinaud Lilac Vegetal AS. I am clean, smooth, and refreshed...

Le Grelot frameback, soap was Acca Kappa 1869 pre-reformulation lathered with a Tulip 3 two-band, and a little ABC almond balm left me BDBS. Simple and effective.
