Filarmonica 14 Especial, cream was AoS lemon lathered with a Simpsons 58, and Mursol Limon finished up a perfect shave.

My lady friend for the evening liked the results.

That Myersol bottle looks so sexy, does it work as good as it looks?

Both the bottle and the AS itself work very well indeed. The bottle flutes are designed to allow a form grip with wet hands. The after shave is excellent, my faborite daily drivers for splashes.

In a tribute to @Trigger ’s massive battle ax I broke out my biggest blade. Even at a full 9/8 it’s still a half inch (!) narrower than that colossus. :shocked003:

The thing I like about this heavy blade is it’s ease of use. Just a light grip and the weight of the blade does the rest. Spectacular shave :happy036:

Great looking razor Karl! Great shave as well!,Thanks for the tribute. Artie is a 13/8 straight and yours is 9/8 , so there really is a 4/8 or a 1/2 inch difference. I am sorry, I am a science teacher and like to keep things "straight". Yes, the pun was intended. Have a great day Karl!

    6/8 Ceka Works
Num. 2 Rubberset Full Badger Hair Brush
    Classic Shaving Soap

Worked hard to get this razor shave ready. But, that effort payed off today.

Glad it took the desired edge because it gave me a comfortable shave.

    Beautiful ERN @taskind !

Today I’m still playing with the Pierre la Lune, the razor was a 7/8 Thiers Issard full hollow Basic Black from TIE, a great value. The soap was Klar almond lathered with a Simpsons 57 and ABC almond balm finished up a first class shave.

This blade was lost in the depths of the “to do” pile. It came in some beat up MOP scales that I thought I could restore... matching MOP panels is not a skill set I possess :). These scales came on a busted W&B, and I think they go pretty well with this old wedge.
