Friday shave, 555,, Respect Solingen. Nice shave, a little aggressive still after honing. Needs some more stropping.
    Splash Floris Turnbull and Asser.

Henckles Friodur 14, soap was Acca Kappa pre-reformulation lathered with a Keyhole 3, and the balm was ABC almond. This is a very large razor, but shaves very mildly.

A very fine razor, made for France, in Germany. A smooth 2 pass shave, that left me BBS. It was such a smooth shave, that I had to see if it was cutting correctly. It was, I just couldn't feel the hairs being cut, and almost no noise. It is a very well made razor.

    Razor- Puma.
Brush- RazoRock 400. High Mountain Badger knot
    Soap- Speick
Aftershave- Avon Island Lime. Straight Eight decanter

M.K. 32 in tortoise Kirinite by Alfredo Gil - cream was I Coloniali Rhubarb lathered with a Keyhole 4, and it’s too hot for a balm so a splash of Myrsol did the trick.

BTW, the Myrsol side ‘flutes’ were supposedly designed so that you could get a grip on the bottle with wet fingers and not spoil the not so waterproof label (then). I don’t know if this is true or not, but this tale has been around a while.
