ESE 15/16 fully restored and a new dress - great shaver and it is massive, very wide blade and heavy spine plus the blade is very long. I think this may have been a special order by Paul Bunyon Caties Bubbles le Piment De le vie - hard too beat this soap, just fantastic La Toja AS
you & me, both, brother! I don't have too many razor that cross my path that are immediate 'keepers'- but this Bohler is one of those exceptions!
filly dolomitti homemade boar This brush is what I call my #3 boar (experiment wise). It's been a long, long time coming but it's finally arrived (starting to break in nicely). Who knows, #3 could end up being #1. Anyway, very nice shave today. Have a good one.
today I used the pearlex, it is the Dovo#98, 5/8 full hollow. only cleaned up a few spots with the de. the straight did most of the shave. very close today. the pearlex is much prettier than my pics show, sorry.
I had a pearlex once, sold it and am not sure why. It was a decent shaver and very good looking. At that time I was leaning towards big razors but now it makes no diff. I change like the wind changes directions lol
the easiest one for me so far seems to be my Clauss 6/8 round end. a little hard to get under my nose, but much easier flipping the thick blades while stropping.
I can finally post in this thread, after drooling over the razors for quite some time. Wade and Butcher 5/8 square point, with wood scales. First straight razor shave went very well.
13/16 Freidel Koch one of a seven day set - has been one of my finest shavers since day one DR Harris Marlborough crème with Razorock XXX for a wonderful ubelather AS - Floid amber
