A wonderful bbs Saturday morning shave! Fon goldenstar wedge is a effortless shaver , paired up with Murphy & McNeil's tobac fanaile only heightened the experience further. If your in the market for a new soap I highly highly recommend M&M , they have some of the best soaps on the market and the post shave feel is heavenly.

This is an early blade from Charlie Lewis. I want to say he started making razors in 2008, originally playing with a frame back design.

I don’t believe he made many framebacks, but this is a 2010 blade housed in white micarta scales. The tang/thumb notch design sets this one apart, imo.

I met Charles Lewis and another razor maker in Asheville, North Carolina at a straight razor convention we set up. I didn't see any framebacks, just beautiful and exotic designs.

 

Monday morning shave, EDV Neiström No.62. I have forgotten how good this razor is, smooth as a peach .
