Sheffield finest forged & real Hollow ground ( no other markings) It came to me buffed out and with all gold missing. It is a Thursday of a 7 day set. It is not my prettiest razor but will shave with the best of them. had a great shave today! This was my very first razor two years ago

I know the Harts get a bad rap from time to time but I have two and they simply will shave with the best razors I own. I have never even honed one of them after two years of use twice a month average

 

I'd agree with you. I've never taken mine back to the bevel since day one. It's been an excellent shaving razor for me even though I'm not a big fan of 1/4 grinds. Kinda like shaving with a '68 Buick, nice ride and will give a very nice shave.

Friodur 13/16 special edition Inox NOS to me - This razor always makes me smile when I shave with it. Incredibly smooth & enjoyable to use
Le Pere Lucien Vetiver - I love my Le Pere's but this new stuff made with Vege oil sucks
Brushcraft handle with a FS 24 mm extra density knot - just love it
Le Pere after shave splash - not real impressive but just ok
GFT Coral skin food - I use it but wont replace it

yep, they sometimes just don't understand. Mine did not either until she used a SR on her legs, now she knows

 

She refuses to use anything but a Gillette fusion

I've given up trying to sell the wife on my addiction to love of straight razor shaving. She just accepts that boxes of razors in all shapes and sizes will continue to appear on our doorstep and others leaving with the outgoing mail.
She is much more accepting of the habit when I began restoring and selling them....
