I am fortunate to have almost every razor that I wanted on my want list but a nice Bartmann is one of a few that has escaped me

 

I have two and was offered a 7 day set I should have bought. I got my two at bargain prices. Excellent razors. Not many showing up.

 

I took my latest acquisition, a Crown and Sword ERN 1720, for a partial test drive today to see how well I did on the hones. I set the bevel on a Chosera 1K then took it through the Superstones. 5K, 8K, 12K. Then stropped it on a Lynn Abrams paddle. Felt with .5 diamond spray, scrub leather, smooth leather. I just did my cheeks and jawline because I also needed to test a new blade in my Mongoose. I'm pretty proud of the job I did on this one. Very smooth, and efficient.

I aquired these two razors from Jamie Mahoney on a swap out. As always they are smooth shavers with a keen edge. They have been restored and the etching on the blade is faint but they shave well

 

For my shave yesterday, I went yet again with my trusted 7/8" full hollow Dorko by Wacker.
Great shave, as always!
