I remember watching a film on 'Bigfoot' in the early 70s at the local theater. This particular clip was used and I remember sitting there as a 12-yr old being being freaked out (yet still a bit skeptical) when this big furry figure lumbered across the screen.

 

Funny! I recall the same. Along with "The Legend of Boggy Creek" and "The Town That Dreaded Sundown". I think they all had the same narrator.

Another C-MON shave…this time with the lovely HF model….smoooooooth!

This is one of two. This model is a more modern model but looks a lot like the vintage one. I honed this twice trying to get a smoother shaving edge. It shaves fine, but just not where I wanted it.

Last night I touched it up on the Suehiro Gokumyo 20K hone with 20 laps, no slurry, no pressure. Then I did 100 laps on my Tony Miller 3 inch Fast Bridle strop. Today's shave was much smoother. This is a wonderful hone.

today I used;
Eaton 85 Diamond Edge 5/8 full hollow spike.
I got 3/4 way threw my first pass, I started thinking this was going very well. maybe I'm finally getting this down pat. then I cut the top of my lip. nice little slice at the end of my mustache area. go figure.
now a question,
the razor caught this little flap of skin every time I tried to shave it smooth. I ended up avoiding the sore little bugger.
WOULD IT BE BETTER TO CUT THE FLAP FROM A DIFFERENT ANGLE, OR JUST LET IT HEAL?
