    alpla444 That's sweet!

Not 100% it was for Liverpool, other factors at work.
ie... Original scales broken, I had some acrylic spare, and I had just picked up a band saw, and I had some spare time.
Worked out well, could only really do that style on a stub tail due to scale shape, so I'm happy.

SOTD: Day#7 Vintage Sheffield Shaves — Final day of my week-long use of old Sheffield razors and today I used probably my favorite, this 7/8" hollow-ground square point 'Pipe' razor from George Wostenholm & Son's

    Two Pass Shaving Routine..

Hot Water Prep & Massage with Argan Oil
Kastor & Co Solingen Full Hollow 7/8th ( Freshly Honed )
    Fitchard Pure Badger
Blue Brand Goats Milk Tallow Soap
    Humphreys Witch Hazel

I Had My Maiden Shave Tonight with My Recently Acquired NOS Kastor & Co Solingen 7/8th..I Just Honed her up the Other Day & Its Took a Real Killer Edge..Its Hard Swedish Steel & Ground in Germany..This Real Shiny Bad Boy Took a Moment to Hone which I Find Typical of Swedish Steel SRs..This SR is a Very Comfortable Shaver with a Laser Like Edge..A Couple of Passes & a Wee Spit & Polish & My Face is as Highly Polished as a Guardsman's Drill Boots..:D

    I Am Dolphin Smooth & Refreshed..:kar:

Scary sharp edge, i found the spike a few times, no blood, but it'll let you know it's there. Very close shave.
Anyone know what the numbers on the tang may mean?
