Tonight's shave was with a lesser used French Frameback. It gave a good Two pass shave, with smooth results. It isn't a very noisy razor, so feedback was minimal. But, I cant argue with a DFS.

I had an Early Morning Shave this Morning with My Friodur 7/8th..This is a Crazy Sharp SR but Very Smooth on the Face..This Razor has a Slight Factory Smiling Blade & Subtlety Curved Spine which is Quite Unusual for a Square Point Type Design SR in My Experience..It Can be Seen More Clearly in the Top Pic with a Keen Eye..These Friodur Solingen SRs are Almighty Shavers..The Engineering & Grind Quality is 2nd to None..

todays shave was with Case red-imp 5/8. two pass DFS, almost a BBS.

 

It was time for me to use the Engstrom frameback. I'm getting down to the bottom of my Stirling bay rum soap and my knock off Skin Bracer. It was a very nice shave this morning.

Saturday is my favorite shave day. I get to sleep in, have a couple cups of coffee. After a long shower; I treat myself to hot towel and a slow careful three pass shave. Plenty of time to pick the razor, soap and scents. Today the Flic gave up another close, smooth, comfortable shave. I'm refreshed and ready to tackle the weekend. I trust you gentlemen feel the same

I have been reaching for wider blades and the Kropp seemed to be a natural. It was a lovely shave. The grind on this is very thin and the lightest of pressure was all that was required to leave my face smooth, smooth, smooth.

todays shave was with my Cattaraugus green lizard i just received from U.S. very smooth shaver. the razor is in very good condition with minimal hone wear.
